Our beginners spin class is suitable for all fitness levels and uses stationary bikes to give you a high intensity cycling workout that’s fantastic for burning calories and getting in shape.

Spinning is great for working and toning your legs, but it also engages your abdominal muscles, helping you to build your core strength.  It’s also a fantastic aerobic form of exercise that helps to improve your cardiovascular system and increase your lung capacity.

Spin is a low impact exercise class, that’s kind to your joints and can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels.
