Prefer to pay as you go? No problem, simply check out the availability of space on our app and drop into your centre of choice and pay at reception upon arrival.
Membership benefits …
You can explore the membership benefits by checking out each of our sports centres but remember, you have access to all of the centres and can move between each of them. As a member of the sports centres you can book your time at the centres online or via the app and you get priority booking privileges, 8 days in advance of the classes/sessions taking place.
InBody Scan
InBody is an amazing facility within each of the sports centres which provides an evaluation of a person’s key statistics in terms of fat and muscle mass and body water levels to provide a benchmark of their health prior to embarking on a fitness regime and helps guide you to a healthier life. Our team is trained and expert in analysing the results and will discuss how best to improve your statistics based on your desired outcomes.
InBody scans are free to members and £5 for non-members.
