“I have always tried to stay fit and healthy, and at 54 I broke my elbow, and my “mature” fitness journey properly began, after finding out I had osteoporosis I decided to get myself in shape. This resulted in several P.T. sessions with Jan Oxemham, who also encouraged me to attend other classes on offer at the BG life sports centres.

“The event was superbly well organised and from my position as a participant worked flawlessly due to the commitment and enthusiasm of staff and volunteers.
