Bobbie Swift is a qualified Pilates, spin and gym instructor, Level 4 qualified sports massage therapist and a certified personal trainer. Bobbie has a degree in health and a special interest in supporting people to become healthy and more active.
During 2023 Bobbie was proud to represent Welsh Colleges in the AoC National Fitness Trainer competition and finished in the top 5 in the UK.
Neil has been a personal trainer for four years with high-quality experience that can be tailored to your needs.
He is a motivated and experienced fitness instructor with experience in versatile fitness settings with a passion for developing fitness programmes for clients and helping to transform their lives through the power of exercise and nutrition.
